  15. CONSENT TO ASSIGNMENT OF CONTRACT

  20. ASSIGNEE, agree:

  23. That @001 and ASSIGNOR entered into a contract on @004 for @005,
  24. and that the contract requires consent of @001 to assignment by 
  25. ASSIGNOR of the contract rights and obligations.

  29. obligations of ASSIGNOR to ASSIGNEE.
